Yes — your guide contacts you the day before to introduce themselves and confirm your meeting/pickup location, between 4PM and 9PM. Please give us a valid USA cell number.

Generally yes, but in some circumstances we may need to change your tour time. We try hard to limit this.

No alcohol — a city ordinance prohibits alcohol on any non-enclosed vehicle. Non-alcoholic beverages are fine.

All tours run rain or shine. To reschedule for weather, contact us — we'll try, but it's not guaranteed. Joyride may cancel for inclement weather; if we cancel, you get a full refund.

Yes — just ask your tour guide.

Yes, you can bring your own personal items as long as they are secured. Your tour guide will help you with that when you arrive.

A semester pass is a prepaid gift card that parents can purchase for their student in order to get safe rides home or to class.

The semester pass is simply a gift card with whatever amount you choose to load it with. You can also reload the card once it's empty.
